An Alternative Way to Sell

Mark Busacca called to bring to our attention a new way dealers and owners of fine art and antiques have to sell (or buy). Busacca says his BusaccaGallery site operates on a consignment model. Those wishing to have their items featured on the site can send photos of an item and indicate the price they’d like to receive. Not all items are accepted. It seems like an interesting alternative to the existing auction and commission models. Busacca also has a bricks and mortar gallery in the Russian Hill neighborhood of San Francisco.
